For an even cleaner cup, skim the foam and floating grounds with a spoon before pressing.

Boil water and let it cool for 30 seconds to reach ~93°C.

Add 30g of coarsely ground coffee to the French Press.

Pour 60ml of water to bloom the grounds. Stir gently.

Pour the remaining water (390ml) in a slow, circular motion.

Place the lid on without pressing. Let the coffee steep.
